Fueled by Coffee

My time is stretched a bit thin right now. Here’s what I have going on in my life:

1. I’m writing a novel. It’s almost halfway finished! I work on it every single day because I’m afraid if I start skipping days, it’ll be a downward spiral into endless procrastination.

2. My full-time job has started getting more hectic. A lot of projects are gearing up right now, and I’m busy every minute of the day. I’ve also been working later than I usually do.

3. It’s the end of the semester for two grad classes. I have a final paper, a final project and a final final. Gah! At least it’ll be over in a week and a half.

4. No matter that all these things are going on at once, I’m not missing out on Comic Con this weekend.

Anyway, with all of these going on at once, I’m a bit stressed and in a whirlwind of hectic schedules. I’m probably going to be up pretty late tonight, and coffee is my friend. I’m probably only going to give myself about half an hour of novel writing because I have an important paper to finish for school.

I’m glad I didn’t decide to go the the RT convention in Pittsburgh.

Congrats for making writing a priority in all this. Even a half hour is important. Good for you. =o)

:hugs: Hang in there and keep the coffee flowing. (I’m hoping to someday get an IV so I can get mine straight into the veins.) ;o)

Thanks! Turns out, I didn’t do so well on Friday and Sunday, but I’m back to make up for it this week.
